Bio
Ryan Feber joins the National Policing Institute as Product Development Lead. He brings nearly two decades of experience building and scaling digital products, with a background spanning product strategy, design, user experience, analytics, and enterprise SaaS. His work has focused on taking ideas from early concept through commercialization and building the teams, processes, and technology needed to bring those products to market. Ryan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, and he began his career as a software engineer before moving into product roles. He later earned his MBA (also from Virginia Tech), where he focused on entrepreneurship and innovation.
Most recently, Ryan led product management of enterprise health technology platforms used by major healthcare organizations. Working in the startup space, the platforms he helped build went on to represent the majority of ARR for the companies behind them, while supporting highly regulated healthcare programs. Earlier in his career he led mobile product development for CreditWise at Capital One (Fortune 50), helping grow the app to more than 25 million users and into one the top 10 apps in the finance category at the time. He also led mobile product for Homes.com, which became a top 10 real estate app in the mid-2010s. Across these roles, he has worked closely with design and engineering teams to shape product strategy, lead user research, and translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
