Ms. Coletrane is the Senior Manager of Operations, Learning, and Compliance for the National Policing Institute. Prior to joining NPI, Ms. Coletrane worked for the National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC), where she was certified as a National Crime Prevention Specialist and brought significant experience with grants and consultant management, training management, research, and training curricula development. Prior to her work with NCPC, Ms. Coletrane worked with several federal, for-profit, and non-profit agencies in the areas of board development, fundraising, and meeting and conference management. Some of the agencies she worked with previously include The Anti-Defamation League, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Department of Agriculture, and the Department of State, where she held a top-secret security clearance.

Ms. Coletrane holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a minor in Criminal Justice from James Madison University, and she has completed post-graduate work in Human Resources and Organizational and Financial Management
