Event Overview
Data and evaluation are critical components of successful crisis response programs. These elements help law enforcement agencies and their partners determine what works, identify areas for improvement, and assess long-term program implications. Understanding crisis response programsโ impact is critical for officer and public safety, effective police response to crisis calls for service, and understanding the needs of individuals with behavioral health conditions or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Panelists will discuss key considerations for data collection and the evaluation of crisis response programs within law enforcement agencies.
