Brad Parker is the digital content manager for the National Policing Institute. Prior to joining NPI in August 2023, he spent more than 20 years creating award-winning digital content and strategies for nationally known organizations in a variety of industries.
At Bright MLS, Stanley Martin Homes, and Edelman Financial Services, Brad managed multiple website redesigns and strategies which drove substantially increased sales and revenue. At The Nature Conservancy, Brad and his team were nominated for three Webby Awards and won two Best of Green Awards. In nearly a decade at aol, Brad was a member of the team which won the first Emmy ever for an online production for the broadcast and promotion of the Live8 concerts which was the most watched event in online history at the time. In the early 2000s he helped launch the first online game show, Gold Rush. Before that, he was on the team which ran AIM and will happily spend time talking to you about your original screenname and long-forgotten acronyms such as ROFL and L8R.
Brad, a former TV sports and music reporter in Washington, DC in a previous life, now lives in coastal North Carolina with his wife, two daughters, and two rescue dogs.
