Sarah Berger is a communication strategist for the National Policing Institute. She works to amplify the important work of NPI in ways that help tell the organization’s story of impact across policing and communities.

Before joining NPI in September 2023, Sarah managed content and communications for Predictable Success, a leadership and business growth consultancy. She led the production of articles, webinars, eBooks, and newsletters, ensuring their proprietary strategies were accessible across the firm’s numerous communication channels — including Inc.com.

Sarah’s content development experience spans a variety of industries. These range from managing communication strategies for productivity expert David Allen’s online community, GTD Connect, to sharing dog news at the American Kennel Club and the latest guitar amplification from Line 6. In each case, her mission is to provide valuable information to the audiences who benefit from it. She is excited to bring the same focus and results to NPI.

Sarah graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Psychology.
